He told him that he was going to arrive before of the kendo's match didn't him? A day before was maybe too much, but the way Heiji teased him on their last conversation was too much to resist. He parked his car near to Hattori's house and walked the rest of the way, holding a bag with his computer and a small blue box with a bow on it.

Hakuba stopped in front of the other detective's house and took out his phone, waiting patiently until Heiji took it.

"You didn't left the window open, Heiji-kun."

Breathing hard, Heiji sat triumphantly on top of Hakuba, pillow raised threateningly as a warning to the Brit that if he so much as moved he was getting a pillow to the face.

Assuming Heiji has the momentum to swing it, but eh, semantics.

It had to have been one of the stupidest things he had ever done, but a grin was quirking at the corners of his lips. It had been fun. ~~Cause he won, of course.~~

I don't have to work tomorrow so I will be here more than the others days today and tomorrow ^_^

"ok, ok, truce." Hakuba said, smiling and hard breathing too. "You're heavy you know? Guess that you need more Kendo practice to lost some weight." the blonde boy lied, smirking at him. That was been fun.

Heiji thwacked him good with the pillow for the 'heavy' comment and slid off to sit next to Hakuba instead.

He was quiet for a few more moments and then he started laughing helplessly, running his hands through his hair.

Hakuba winced and then removed the pillow form his face. His cheeks where red and his hair was a mess, but he was still smiling.

"So.." he said after hearing Heiji laugh for a few minutes. "That's what I was missing?"

Heiji chuckled a few more times and took a deep breath, still grinning broadly. "Well, I would hope ya don't randomly have pillow fights with just anyone. S'fun, wasn't it?"

"Not bad." He replied, but it was clear in his tone that he had fun too. In fact, it was the first time he had that much fun with someone, just Alizé managed to make him do things like that. He incorporated, pillow still on his arm and moved his head to the side a bit. "It's a bit late now, isn't it?"

Heiji fell back until he was lying on the bed and glanced towards the window. It was very dark now, and quiet except for the low sounds down the hall of his father working, and the two of them breathing. He should probably go down the hall and get some sleep. He had to get to the school pretty early in the morning.

(Yeah, I dunno. The only way I can see it now is from the notifications.)

Hakuba chuckled again, raised an eyebrow in his direction, and smiled softly.

"Tired? I thought that you had more stamina."

Heiji flailed his arm at Hakuba's midsection lazily. "I had twice as many Kendo practices this week, not t' mention hangin' out with Kuroba AND a Kid heist. And I STILL got stamina left." He insisted, stubborn.

Hakuba made an amused sound and moved a hand to Heiji's head, petting him.

"Poor poor Osaka detective."

Heiji debated shoving Hakuba off the bed but finally decided against it, letting the other teen pet his hair. It wasn't like he could mess it up anymore than the pillow fight did.

"english bastard." He muttered without venom.

Hakuba lied down next to him. "Hot blooded monkey." He said without malice.

"Monkey? Where did you get monkey? Hotblooded, okay, but monkey?" He frowned at the ceiling, mentally whining at how far away the guest bed room is.

"It's because of the way you move sometimes, like you're ready to jump at the small contact." Hakuba urmured, not really looking at him. "Specially if I'm near."

He turned to look at him, thinking about it. Did he really?

"I didn't think it as bein very monkeyish..."

Hakuba sighed slightly and turned his face to the other boy.

"What is it then?" He moved a finger down Heiji's cheek

Heiji faltered slightly at the touch, then swallowed and shrugged. "I dunno..."

Hakuba moved away his hand, deep in thought, and looked at the ceiling again.

"It's late..." he didn't feel like moving anytime soon though.

Heiji was not going to even think about what he felt when Hakuba moved his hand. He must have been really tired.

"Yeah, hope ya don't have a problem with gettin' up early."

"Nah, I never sleep much." the other detective confessed. "I can sleep down, you know. It's your house after all."

Another frown. Hakuba should get a normal night's sleep. One would think more so for how in control he was about everything. Or wanted to be about everything. "Shut up." He forced himself to sit up and stretched. "I offered ya my room, so yer sleeping in here."

Hakuba looked at him mildly surprised and then grinned. "Yes, sir." he was quite cute when he was giving orders.
