Naoto is not fond of being hit in the head with blunt objects. He kinda needs his brain to be fully-functioning for his detective work.
I think I remember seeing that thread mentioned in the P4 Kink Meme... And clearly, I need to watch adddictions...
Also, Naoto was a big fan of "The Great Mouse Detective". Both the movie AND the book it was based on. Of course.
