You can always make some sketches about how you want him to look like and I can work in it.
Spain's shadow will be a mess of wings and claws, like a corrupted nest, because he loves his kiddies but he's a horrible paternal figure :| No idea about his persona though. A girl probably. Ohhh I didn't checked that one. The tower it's more fitting :D And Prussia shadow will be something with chains.
The hanged man represents Conformism, Non action,Waiting, Giving up and Surrendering..that's why I thought about him XD poor Feliā„ And I can see Roderich or Vash as the Hermit.
