[RL with Issei- Lock and hacking Lessons]

A change will be good for a bit, Hakuba thought, as he left his old computer on the living room's table next to the new one, where Doyle was playing chess with himself.

Helping Issei to learn more about how lock and hack will be enough to keep his hands full without worrying about what was going on with Alize, Zechs, Tyki or Kid for a bit.

"What, what's so interesting about it?!" Issei asked defensively, wishing he wasn't blushing as much as he was.

"Let's start pointing the obvious, Issei. You're blushing furiously. Why?"

"Because this is embarrassing!" Issei repeated emphatically.

"But why? Because you like boys? That's not a bad thing."

"I know, but - but you don't just talk about that kind of thing! That's private."

...did he just admit to liking boys? Oh well. It's not like that wasn't obvious.

"I know, and I don't usually push that type of subjects..." Usually , Hakuba thought, but he being doing that a bit more since he come to Japan from England and joined the community. He was not used to friends, and he was never good with emotions, so when he suddenly found himself with a bunch of them, he sometimes reacted like he does on cases, asking directly. "..just let you know that you don't have to be ashamed of it."

"I'm not," he said again, quietly, and then more loudly, "Could we please change the subject?"

"Of course." Hakuba didn't really wanted to make him feel uncomfortable. "Do you like panthers?"

Issei blinked. "I can't say I've thought much about them before."

"Since you told me a secret I will show you one of mines, if you want."

Again, Issei blinked at him. "...you have a panther in your house?"

"No." Hakuba gave him and innocent look. "On the garden house."

"Because that's so much more normal," Issei groused. "It won't eat me, right?"

"It's more practical than having her at home. And no don't worry, she's on a comfy big cage with a lot of food." Hakuba stop up and waited for Issei to do the same before to go to the garden. "It's a present for someone, I'm just keeping her with me until it's his b-day."

Issei followed him, an incredulous expression on his face. "...You give panthers as presents. You're much less... normal than I first thought."

"Oh no, it's not that." Hakuba laughed, it wasn't the first time he heard something like that. Sometimes He worries for his own sanity too. "Do you know Rufus Shinra?"

"I can't say I do," Issei replied. "Is that who the panther is for?"

"Yes." Hakuba opened the door to the garden for Issei. "Dark Nation, the panther we are talking about, was already Rufus's pet. Don't ask me how, but Rufus lost her to Hades. I managed to made a deal with hades, and he gave me the panther, so my present for Rufus will be to return him his baby."

Issei stepped inside. "The Greek god Hades?" he asked. "You really do meet all kinds of people here..."

"The one and only." They crossed the garden mad ein Tsukiyama style, it had an small pond, stones, trees, flowers, bridges and paths set in a beautiful harmony to create a miniature reproduction of a natural scenery. As they arrived on the wood house Dark Nation was already growling on the cage, smelling the scent of someone not familiar to her. "Rufus let her go around free, but I can't do that, it's too dangerous and she can run away."

"It's a beautiful garden," Issei said, "but she doesn't exactly look happy to be here. Or perhaps she just doesn't like me."

"Thanks, my father is really proud of it, the few times he's at home he likes to spend time reading outside." Hakuba come near the cage, but he was still on a safe distance. "I know she's not happy, he miss his master Right Dark Nation?" The panther growled at him, a dangerous sound. "She's like Rufus, she don't like anyone. I'm taking care of her the best I can, and for now it will be better for her to stay here than on Gaia. The weather is too cold on Gaia now. Watson keeps her company too, and my house is better than the underworld." The panther hissed, but it looked less annoyed than before.

"So would I, if our garden was like this." Issei didn't dare get closer to the cage. "The weather...? You mean normal winter, or what the community's doing?"

"The community..." The blond boy sticked his hands in his trouser's pockets as he watched the panther move around the cage, a thoughtful expression on his features. "Good that I talked to Hades before all this happened....someone need to stop this madness."

My mother's dragging me off. Be back later?
