[Rl with Heiji- About teasing and Kendo]

[ooc: blame it on that XD ]

He told him that he was going to arrive before of the kendo's match didn't him? A day before was maybe too much, but the way Heiji teased him on their last conversation was too much to resist. He parked his car near to Hattori's house and walked the rest of the way, holding a bag with his computer and a small blue box with a bow on it.

Hakuba stopped in front of the other detective's house and took out his phone, waiting patiently until Heiji took it.

"You didn't left the window open, Heiji-kun."

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-27 01:57 am (UTC)(link)
Heiji reached out and grabbed his arm before he got past him, feeling stupid. "I didn't mean that. I wouldn't mind if ya changed in here."

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-27 02:07 am (UTC)(link)
Hakuba was surprised by the sudden movement, and he found himself facing Heiji really close. "oh..ok, I was joking too."

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-27 02:10 am (UTC)(link)
"I-I usually do that. As ya prolly remember. Talk before I think." He looked frustrated for a moment. "So just...don't take it personally if I say something dumb."

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-27 02:16 am (UTC)(link)
"I will not,.. I never did." He offered Heji a mischievous grin. "I be back on a few minutes, time enough for you to get ready:"

Yaye, shirtless!

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-27 02:38 am (UTC)(link)
Heiji blinked as he left, then blushed hard. What was that supposed to mean??

Shaking his head, he changed into a clean pair of pants and set his hat on a peg by the desk, glancing out the window. Stretching his arms over his head, his mind drifted to the tournament tomorrow.

Uhmmmm~

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-27 11:20 pm (UTC)(link)
As much as Hakuba liked to dress properly, wearing some else than suits was more comfortable. One he was done changing to a more casual clothes, -a navy blue pants and a light blue shirt-, he come back to Heiji's room and knocked.

"Are you ready?"

lol

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-27 11:25 pm (UTC)(link)
Heiji blinked and realized he had zoned out, shaking his head and finishing the stretch. Tomorrow was going to be a long day.

"Yeah, come on in." He called, sitting in his computer chair.

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-27 11:41 pm (UTC)(link)
Hakuba come inside with a sheepish smile, still not used with that whole friendly situation, his clothes perfectly folded on his arms.

"So..uhm...where I sleep?"

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-27 11:43 pm (UTC)(link)
Heiji considered showing him a guest room, but he already invited the guy back into his own room, so that would be a bit rude. Gesturing with one arm, he motioned to his bed.

"I can take a room down th' hall." He offered.

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-27 11:46 pm (UTC)(link)
The blonde detective paused. "But..it's your bed. I'm the guest I can sleep in some other place."

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-27 11:48 pm (UTC)(link)
Heiji smiled brightly. "Don't worry bout it. Really. I don't mind."

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 12:20 am (UTC)(link)
"Thanks then." The boy smiled sincerely and sat on the bed. "You always lived on Osaka?"

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 01:13 am (UTC)(link)
Heiji turned the chair around so he could lean on the back of it, smiling even wider.

"Yup. ever since I can remember. Same house and everythin'. Kazuha doesn't live very far away either. So we grew up together. I mean, we did used to go on loads of trips when we were younger, so I have been out and around b'fore."

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 09:03 pm (UTC)(link)
Hakuba listened attentively, keeping an eye on Heiji's corporal expression as he talked. It was obvious that he enjoyed spending time with Toyama-san. The blonde gracefully down onto the bed and crossed his legs.

"How did you two met?"

HA finally got to use this icon!!

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 10:20 pm (UTC)(link)
He tried thinking about it but in every early memory he could recall she had always been there. The Osakan shrugged. "Our father's work tog'ther, so we prolly met before we could even talk. We've always gone everywhere together. Used t' tell 'er everythin'."

Ahahahha XD

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 10:47 pm (UTC)(link)
"I see, it's a little bit like Kuroba and Aoko-chan." Hakuba smile was shadowed a bit. "Guess that that's what friends are for, uh?" Not like he will know, he never had a childhood friend...just Watson, but he wasn't sure if they count when they're not human.

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 10:51 pm (UTC)(link)
Heiji went silent at the tone in his voice. That's right, Hakuba was part English. He must have went between homes a lot. Probably wasn't easy to maintain friendships.

"Ya never had anyone?" He asked after a moment, carefully.

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 11:08 pm (UTC)(link)
"Define 'anyone'" He shrugged, there was a lot of people, usually adults, and he was used to that. He always found the other kids boring or they find him too complicated to try to approach him. Plus, her mother scared most of them.

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 11:11 pm (UTC)(link)
"Ya know what I mean." He frowned. "A best friend. Someone ya can tell anythin' to. Someone ya can ask for help. Someone ya can just laugh with, even over the stupidest things."

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 11:17 pm (UTC)(link)
There was a long pause after Heiji speech. He thought about his classmates in London, about Watson and his father, all of them share some of that qualities but there wasn't anyone who had them all.

"I can't see what's the point of laugh at stupid things. I can't see what's the point of listen stupid things at all." He snapped back, defensive.

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 11:19 pm (UTC)(link)
Heiji felt like hitting him upside the head. "Ya wouldn't know unless ya tried it. It's great stress relief. No wonder ya always seem like ya have a stick up yer ass."

maturity? what???

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 11:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Hakuba felt like hitting him in the head as well, with the advantage that he was on Heiji's bed with a pillow near. it hit Hattori on the face near as soon as he close his mouth.

Maturity?? Where? Shoot it!

[identity profile] kendo-taisho.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 11:26 pm (UTC)(link)
The Osakan sat stunned for a record high (for him) of a second; digesting the fact that -Hakuba Saguru- just hit him with a pillow.

Then in the next instant he grabbed the pillow and got up out of the chair, pitching the makeshift projectile at Hakuba as soon as he had his feet.

there, there!! KILL IT!!!!

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 11:37 pm (UTC)(link)
"En garde!" Hakuba said, and picked up the pillow and heaved it at the other boy.

A pillow fight ensued. Heiji and Hakuba spent a good ten minutes throwing pillows at each other, or at least the same pillow a lot of times... Hakuba wasn't very interested on the semantics at the moment.
