My whole body hurts a bit, but considering that it was the first time it's a normal thing that my muscles aren't used to it yet. But I don't care, I even slept the whole night after it.

I could do that, easy. But I don't get the point of just using your fist. You punch with less power. A good attack doesn't use the fist, it uses up too much energy for less damage. A good attack would use as little surface area as possible.

Sounds fun, though. Ineffective but fun.

I'm sure you can, you're really good at fighting after all. But I'm not doing this to cause damage, so I don't mind if I only use the fits, this is about stress relieving and disciple on the art so...yes, mostly for fun than protection.
