I have a notebook when I wrote details fo the cases too, not the most important ones, but things like house's plans and such.
I would probably keep a notebook for that sort of thing as well, were I involved in things like that.

((he's a detective who tries to Kid kaito kid, the heist are usually crazy, but at the same time Hakuba and Kid are trying to stop the black ops, the evil guys from their canon. The last time Hakuba was kidnapped by one of them and nearly killed..bombs can be so problematic. He's also Rufus not!brother, so he gets in a lot of trouble thanks to him sometimes Add Zechs, Tyki and Hakuba's girlfriend (Akako) who's a witch to the mix...>_> I'm amazed that he's still alive)
