But not yet. And talking about that, where are you going to find the evoker? Can you use Minato's?

As far as I know, anyone with the ability to wield a Persona can use any Evoker. I'm going to ask Minato-kun to commission enough for everyone in Inaba. There may come a point when we'll need to use our Personas in the 'real world,' so it's best to prepare for that eventuality.
