THE BUILDING || ARRIVALS

Assume that Hakuba worlhopped you here if you don’t have a worldhop of your own~

Hakuba stared at the building, a basket with the homemade food he promised Krad in his hands. He was not familiar with Azumano, but thankfully the museum was hard to miss. he smirked and walked inside.

It was perhaps a good thing that Hakuba had suggested the picnic idea right away, before Krad got any ideas into his head about the party. As such, he now had a schedule and he didn't think about what he might be missing.

He was near the front around dinner time, since he expected Hakuba to show up. Hakuba didn't have to wait too long before Krad spotted him and walked over. "Hakuba, welcome," Krad greeted, smiling politely, though one of the few he actually meant.

To be honest, the young detective felt bad for lying to Krad, but he thought that it was the best option. He was going to make it up to him as much as he could. returning the smile with one of his own he nodded at his friend. "Hi Krad, it's good to see you in person." He showed him the basket. "I hope you like French food"

"It has been quite some time," Krad said, looking at the basket as he held it up. "I don't believe I've had the chance to try it. It'll be an experience. Should we eat first or would you like to take a tour of the museum?"

"I would like a tour first, I want to know what you do. Besides, it's still too early to have dinner."

"Most of what I do is behind the scenes. Making sure everything is organized and where it's supposed to be," Krad said, but gestured beyond the entrance hall. "But the pieces we have right now are quite lovely," he added and headed further inside.

Hakuba listened whit interest as they walked. "Acting behind the scenes is as important as working int he open, if not more. If you do your job the right way people never notice it, but when something goes wrong they complain. What's your favorite piece?"

Krad chuckled. "Ah, that is always the way of it though, when you work behind everything," he agreed. And he did mean more than just his work here.

"My favorite piece...I haven't really decided. There are many excellent pieces right now."

Hakuba knew that very well. He was often doing things that he shouldn't
without people noticing, like working on the Back orgs case.

"We have time, we can see them all. How are your coworkers? Any of them is really good at art?"

"Miss Natsumi has a talent for scenery sketches. She really captures the feelings of the scene. She's the only one who doesn't seem nervous around me as well," Krad said casually. Probably because he wasn't as cold around her because she had a bit of talent in art.

In fact, any of his co workers they passed looked mostly stunned he was as open as he was around Hakuba.
