RL-dealing with the kids

Closing the door, Hakuba leaned against the wall and waited  for a moment. He could hear Kaito-kun and Akako-chan  running around the house playing another game. At least Aoko wasn’t with Watson, he nearly died when he saw the poor pet with a pink bow on her neck.

Since no one was there to see, he allowed a worried expression to creep onto his face.  He had hoped that Akako wasn’t very angry at him for leaving her alone with the kids while he went to find Maxwell. Hakuba brought her flowers, but he doubted that if it was going to do any good. Hakuba looked at the flowers on his left hand, he didn’t know his favorite flowers, so he bought her azaleas. Next, he looked at the black cat on his right hand.

“Welcome home.”

(OOC: In the language of flowers, Azaleas mean love, romance, first love, fragile passion, temperance, and it is also the Chinese symbol of womanhood :3)

Akako stiffened when Hakuba's hands found her shoulders. Despite being worshiped by nearly every man alive, she wasn't used to such intimacy. She relaxed after a moment, however, and a knowing smile creeped onto her lips. "I'll turn you into a frog later," she replied.

((Pfft, he's getting bold now isn't he?))

"I can deal with that." He smiled, even if she couldn't see him, and keep working on her shoulder.

((XD))

Akako could hear the smile in Hakuba's voice, but she didn't say anything. She was entirely too exhausted at the moment.

She was never having kids. Ever. Not if taking care of them was this tiring.

So with Hakuba slowly massaging away her stress, Akako leaned back in the chair and closed her eyes, before drifting into a light slumber.
