[RL with Tyki]
(It takes place just after this)
After the crowned city of Junon, the calm atmosphere of Ekoda's afternoon was something welcome. There was no one on the street to notice their arrival.
Hakuba wasn't quite sure how this meeting was going to be played. It was a sensation he should be used to, the uncertainty. He was never certain when it came to the Phantom Thief. But he usually didn't leave butterflies wiggling in the pit of his belly like today.
The detective had very little qualms about admitting that he was a bit of a control freak. But sometimes you had to give up some control to gain control. He wanted to know more about the other man, so he was able to tell him about himself too. After all, Tyki already knew that he was trying to defeat a secret organization, what he didn't know yet is how far the (K)id and he were going to reach that goal.
Tyki was still holding him close, Hakuba tuned his head to him to see a pair of golden eyes staring at his own from scant millimeters away.
“My house is that way.” He murmured. “If you don’t mind to walk a bit...”*

"That's my house. There's a huge balcony on the second floor, we can talk there if you want." He informed.
no subject
"So if you don't fit in here, how come you don't live in England?" he asked curiously. "You wouldn't stand out there at all."
no subject
"I did not only come to Japan from London to stay with my father." He replied honestly. "I came because I hoped to find an intellectual rival."
Hakuba looked at his clock, his father, being the high police official he was, will stay at work late. Baaya, his assistant, went home already.
"Looks like we are alone. Do you like tea?"
no subject
"So did you find the intellectual rival you sought?"
no subject
Hakuba showed him the balcony and offered Tyki a seat as he went to the kitchen to prepare some red tea. He came back with a plate on his arms and left a cup of tea in front of Tyki.
"My mother always said that tea calms the spirit." He looked thoughtful for a moment. "It never worked with me though."
no subject
"So...Kid. He's your rival. The Phantom Thief?" He liked the way in which Hakuba talked about his rival. It was very interesting - especially that dangerous hiss underlying his words. Tyki leaned closer, fascinated. "But he's not really your enemy, right? You help him on occasion, and you don't really want him to go away."
no subject
At Tyki curious gaze he quickly clarified. "I'm talking about the heists. I don't feel nothing romantic for him, even if a lot of people thinks I do."
no subject
He leered at the other man, setting his tea cup aside. "Have you done illegal things? Participated in any of these heists? Or is it purely the battle of wits between you and the Kid, as he tries to pull off the heists and you try to stop him?" he asked curiously.
no subject
"I participate in his heist as the detective that I am. My final goal is to catch him. But the latest heist was..something we planned, to try to defeat a worse criminal." Hakuba was telling all this to Tyki because he was sure that the other man could keep the secret, after all, Tyki had worse secrets than him.
"I don't do illegal things, I 'm not going to break that line. Curve it, though..."
no subject
"I wonder," he said softly. "If you truly had a chance to catch him, finally, if you would be able to bring yourself to do it."
no subject
"The future is unknown, Tyki."He muttered, finally. Saguru took a sip of his tea and looked at Tyki's eyes again. "Golden is a beautiful color."
He smiled, blushing slightly. "the rest of your family have those eyes too?"
no subject
"Yes, we do," he said, moving closer to the other man. He lifted a hand and caught a lock of blond hair between his fingertips, rolling it and watching as it caught the light. "You're right, gold is a beautiful colour," he purred.
What was it with him and blonds lately?
no subject
“I am surprised. Being as charming as you are..and you’re not with someone?” He finally said lamely after grappling for a few seconds.
