It has not been a good night. The heist was its usual invigorating self, full of twists and turns, it was merely the get away where things got tricky. I'm becoming increasingly less enamored with guns as of late. Especially ones aimed at the Kaitou Kid and me, for whats matters.

When my father is yelling at me and my mother is the one worried, then I know that we screwed up badly.

When Nakamori-keibu ask me if I'm alright instead of yelling at me, I know that the end of the world was near.

After we disappeared.. After Kid ran away, the Task Force from Washington and the rest of Nakamori's officers had been exceedingly helpful in attempting to track down the perpetrators, for all the good it did. But they still waiting for Kid to return the jewel, and I know that it's not goign to be returned any time soon.

I feel like curling up into a ball next to Akako and sleep the rest of my life. I can’t believe what I did. I think I lost the rest of my sanity on that heist.  And because of the rush of the moment I can't really remember the world where the Hope diamond got lost before we ended on Ekoda. Damn. And I'm sure that Snake knows about the existence of the multiverse now too. Oh joy.
