[Being a kid is nto fun RL-Tyki, Zechs, Rufus...and maybe someone else XD]

Hakuba blinked, looking down at his small hands as they traveled trough the Ark. Perhaps he was hallucinating. He had been pulling several late nights recently and mayhap it was affecting him more than he realized. But no, he was in fact, a six years old kid, wearing now vintage children's clothes from the 19th century thanks to Tyki. he sighed miserably, glad that the other man was there to help him.

"Believe me, I know," Tyki said wryly. "Especially because he's so pissed at me right now that he's barely speaking to me."

He grinned and then waved to Hakuba briefly, then strode towards the doorway, stepping through and disappearing.

Hakuba blinked, but he didn't gave it a second thought. Rufus was always annoyed with someone or something. That was how he coped with his life and what kept him alive, so it was more easy to accept it than trying to fight it. Hakuba stood up over the chair and looked at Watson.

"Come here." He said firmly. Watson chirped and didn't move. Hakuba sighed. That was going to take him some time.

Zechs was just planning on popping back into the apartment for a moment, though he was a little concerned. He was starting to consider the consequences for having some people turned into children, yet others unaffected. Those others may decide to take advantage of the situation. Considering his current position, and his employer's condition, this meant he had to be especially dutiful.

Disabling the security and unlocking the door, however, let him find something which only slightly surprised him. Hakuba, dressed in vintage Victorian-era clothing, looking all of about six years old. And attempting to get a small yellow bird off of a lamp. He asked Tyki to look at the post and see if the boy needed assistance, but it didn't necessarily mean he'd have to come here.

No matter. Zechs liked Hakuba, and even trusted the Detective a good deal, which was a feat for anyone to achieve. Locking the door behind him, he turned to face the child. He was dressed in a dark blue suit, and wore black leather gloves. His idea of a Turk's uniform.

"Good morning, Detective."

Hakuba stopped his frowning at Watson to turn back and look at Zechs like a deer in lights. Unlike Tyki, Zecks valued his intimacy, and Hakuba respected that, so that wasn’t exactly how he had planned to meet the other man for the first time. Especially not wearing some vintage clothes from the boyfriend’s man when he was a child…, and he didn’t imagined himself on a chair, that's for sure. He quickly recovered his composure, got down the chair with all the dignity he could pile on him, cleaned it, walked near Zechs and offered him a hand and an unsure smile.

“Hello Zechs Marquise, it’s a pleasure to meet you. Ah...I’m sorry for the circumstances, though.”

Zechs didn't begrudge Hakuba for his current circumstances. It wasn't as if the boy had planned for this to happen, after all. To be annoyed in the least would be petty. Zechs gifted Hakuba with a small, polite smile, wearing a bit of an aristocratic facade.

He didn't know how much the Detective knew about he and Tyki, but if Hakuba did know about them ... well, Zechs trusted the boy. He told him about Tallgeese and he knew he was a man Tyki respected. That was enough for Zechs, all things considered.

Being quite tall, Zechs crouched before Hakuba so he could shake his hand. "Indeed, Hakuba Saguru. It is a pleasure to meet you at last. You need not apologize for your circumstances, however. I know you cannot help your current state."

"It's still not polite to show up without warning. Thanks to be that comprehensive."

Hakuba couldn't help but look at their hands, his were so small in comparison now, it was a bit irritating that all looked that big. Hen they ended, he still felt like justify for the invasion.

"Tyki..wanted to help, but his world and house are too dangerous due to his relatives, and since he said that you're a good friend of him he brought me there. we should asked you first though." Hakuba took a look on Zechs outfit, quickly recognizing the turk's uniform. "Well about the damn time. I told Rufus a million times that he need better guards, he's kidnapped or nearly killed nearly every week. Maybe you can change that." Hakuba grinned at Zechs, "How it's Mr. Tseng? Serious as always? No wonder Mr. Shinrah . is so sociable."

Zechs nodded his head, almost a bow, but remained in a crouched position. He wondered if it'd be considered impolite if he just loomed over the boy, while they attempted to speak as equals. Perhaps he'd offer them to sit in a moment or two. At least then they could remain more easily at eye level.

"I had offered to assist you as well, had I not? I am glad Tyki was able to reach you," Zechs said, his voice smooth and polite. "Do not feel badly for it. If anything, perhaps I should have a word with Tyki later. Yet I am glad we can help you."

He couldn't help it. Zechs laughed aloud. "Tseng is one of the more interesting people I have had the privilege of working with. Yet not so interesting as the President. However, let us not gossip like school children."

Zechs stood now. "Is there anything I may get for you?"

Hakuba grinned at the school children's comment. After that, he looked up at Watson, who was still perched on the lamp, and then back at Zechs.

"I'm fine, thanks. She's just being a bit difficult." As in response, Watson chirped and Hakuba frowned. The small detective noticed Zechs efforts to meet his eye level and gave him an soft smile. "You really don't have to do that. I appreciate it a lot Zechs, but you will end with back problems if you are always bending to my level."

Hakuba runs a hand through his hair unsure of how else to continue you this conversation.

"You just moved here, right? Do you need help with the furniture?" The boy asked innocent tone. He already knew that the post on the comm of the other day was made by Zechs, but he didn't hack thing unless there's was good reason behind it and he wanted to respect his privacy. And now he needed to distract himself from his own emotions, he was feeling a bit vulnerable with that body and he hate it.

Zechs would have said crouching was no difficulty for him; but he noticed the slightly vulnerable expression upon Hakuba's face, well-hidden, and stood. He sympathized with the Detective a great deal. While it was likely better than becoming a sycophantic bird, or an insane murderer, this virus' effects were ones Zechs was very glad he was missing out on.

Then his cell phone buzzed, and Zechs pulled it out to answer it.

"Pardon. Work calls. I'll hopefully be back in a short while. Make yourself at home, Detective."

(( I'll be out most of the day, and afterwards, I don't know. I'll be here much later. Hopefully. But continue scene without me. Sorry. ))

Tyki arrived a moment after Zechs left, glancing around as he stepped off the elevator and entered their apartment. "Sorry to keep you waiting, Hakuba," he said cheerfully. "Rufus has extended an invitation for you to join him upstairs in his apartment, after all."

Hakuba was just waving Zechs a goodbye with an small hand, when he had to turn it into a salutation for Tyki. Wow, perfect timing, how accurate.

"It's ok, I was in good company." He blinked for a moment when he heard the comment about Rufus. Heh, he couldn't wait to see him as that, he was going to pinch her cheeks in vengeance to destroy her house during the last virus. "Let's go then." He smiled at Tyki and hugged him-her legs mostly, because it was what he coudl reach-. Then he realized what he was doing and stopped a bit confused by his own actions. "Uhm...sorry. I'm nto totally sure why I did that.".
