It's because of the stress mostly. I sleep better if I'm with Akako or after my boxing class. It gets better if I'm not tense.

((No, theraputic counselling hasn't been invented yet in his time, so it would never occur to him that some guy psychoanalyzing you and getting you to talk would help in any way. He already was told to see a psychiatrist once and he was like ffffff, what for?))

So do I, and its not like I can change it. As long as the Black's Ops keep doing what they do, I will be stressed. I just have to learn how to deal with it better. Sex helps but I can't do that all the time.

((Aaaah ok. I pity the psychiatrist that would have to treat Tyki, Hakuba or Zechs for what matters. And strikes are thoughts again))

All of us have to learn the ways and means to deal with stress. I know I have some trouble falling asleep at times when I'm particularly filled with worry or doubt, but that's just a part of life.

((Haha, yeeeeah. It was Captain America who said that Tyki should go see a shrink about his homicidal thoughts and Tyki was just like "But I'm fine"

Tyki doesn't really realize how serious Hakuba's problms might be, but in his time the general response to trauma was to buck up and deal, so he's not about to start telling him to go sobbing to some person))

Agree, and I always find something to do when can't sleep or I feel stressed after all.

Just try not to give in to too much insomnia, though. Drink some hot milk or something and try to find ways to relax.
