Um, I see. I was just curious how two people who seem so fundamentally different could actually fall in love. I know they say that "opposites attract" but I never really believed it until now.

No. Though it wasn't because of a lack of offers. I sometimes get rather... elaborate love notes from girls who have read about me in the paper, or who have seen me on TV. I used to read them (for curiosity's sake) but not anymore. Because, in the end, they all say the exact same thing...

It's annoying. And I hate it.

Exactly! I mean, those girls know facts about me, but they don't know about the "real" me. They're just infatuated with some sort of romantic ideal of a handsome boy detective. And they actually expect me to respond to such drivel? Preposterous.

Handsome looks?No, not at all. you see..they are fans of the thief. Not the one who tries to catch the mentioned thief. It's was different in class though.

I don't understand it... Kid's the one breaking the law. Why should people praise that? The detective is the hero trying to uphold the law! Isn't that who people should cheer for? The "good guy"?
