The other voice is from a man, less aggressive and far away more cheerful than the woman's but he sounds tense as well.

He is. He's one of the first friends I made when I joined this community. He's been very kind and helpful, and he was always willing to answer all my questions. I can see why so many people admire him. You wouldn't believe how many people on this community consider him a friend.
