I made a decision based on my own views, not one based on what everyone else thinks. Just because I cast my vote one way doesn't mean that yours doesn't hold any water. Don't be stupid, Hakuba, I don't want her involved either. I don't want anyone involved that shouldn't be. That includes yourself, and Kudo, and Hattori.

But the truth is? You are involved, and I can't do anything about it. Naoto is a detective, and capable of doing things on her own. Let her make the choice.

I am involved, but we don't need her more involved than she already is. It will just get her in danger and you know it. If you decided to tell her, why don't tell the others too? And don't say because Naoto is a detective, that doesn't have anything to do with it.

She's a detective. She's in the middle of a case of her own. She deserves to know so she can defend herself if necessary.

Telling her doesn't imply that she'll join in on the investigation. We'll inform her of what is occurring, and continue to investigate without her.
