That man who shot you, Snake, it’s really hard to find. I couldn’t discover anything about him (yet), but I’m trying. The mysterious organization can be nicknamed as 'Black Ops', but I’m sure that you already knew that.

...I been patching the FBI information together with another information I found. Combining his data with mines, I managed to fill in blanks on both sides, creating a small picture of just where and what the Black Ops were up to. Not as clear as I want because there some restricted areas of the FBI’s fiel that I couldn’t hack, or it was too risky for me to do it. There’s still some bigger piece of the puzze missing to my continued irritation.

Which meant that I’m not getting anywhere near cutting off the head of the vile organization. It was a bit like tracking a Hydra, as soon as I thought I'd narrowed down on one head, another sprang up. However, they we can ruthlessly and efficiently cutt it off at the knees.

I have given you all the information I can at the moment. I would apologize for it not being enough, but there's no use apologizing for something that is hardly my fault~

I'm also not surprised you haven't found out any information on them. There is terribly little available, and trust me I've looked. Thoroughly.

They only show up sporadically, and I can never predict when they will. If you're planning on luring them out to set a trap, I'm sure I might be able to entice them to come if I word my next heist note correctly.

That would be perfect, I need to be sure (or nearly sure) that they're going to show up, because I will use a special type of weapon.

And I will use a riot suit on that particular heist, not just for my safety, I must protect my family too. I can't let them know who I am, they will not be happy with what I planned.

Just a quick note, when Snake showed up the other times, what he used to escape? An helicopter, a car...don't tell me that he just ran away.

I already told you, my job isn't to catch him. I usually leave him incapacitated, so I can only assume he is rescued by a few of his lackeys. The fact that I've left him for the police to catch several times and he still hasn't been caught isn't my fault.

As you remembered me more than one ocasion, microchips are easy to find and neutralize, unless you're not able to take it out that easy. I want to modify some bullets to insert a localizer inside them. I don't want to shoot to people, that's why I asked you if he used a vehicle to scape, but if that's what it takes...

A bullet shot is a serious thing, if you go to an hospital they will call the police, the black Ops are not going to do something that stupid. If that is the organitation who was involved with Kudo, that mean that they will have doctors and scientist working for them. They will remove the bullet, and that means that the localizer will be on his base some time. In one of their bases, at least.

Thanks. I told you that I have imagination, what I use it for...is another thing.

The bullets are not ready yet, and I have to go to practice shooting, just to be sure I get it right. A dead snake is not useful.
