I'm sure that you remember the performance of the other day, and that our less favorite actor run away with two bullet on his body? Fine then, one is moving the other don't.
I'm guessing that they removed one of the bullets, but the other is still on his shoulder or his leg. I bet that it was his leg, I had a better aim the second time I shot him.
Look like now we have a permanent localizer in Mr. Snake, and the other in one of the bases. I don't know for how long, though.
Where do we go from here, tantei-san? Obviously, if you're working on this project without the help of the police force, we don't have enough firepower to go in and take them out ourselves.
That plan is unavailable for now, I don't have any desire to die. I'm not sure yet, I'm not done with the information.
The second localizer is not moving, but is not exactly in the city either. At 10 km from Ekoda there's an old building that was a military hospital 35 years ago. It's uninhabited now, and it doesn't look like anything more than a bunch of rocks and metal. I used the satellites for that, and I will keep an eye on the building using them.
You should know better than anyone that life it's surprising, Kudo. So, Kid-san and I were talking about to have a little meeting at my house..balcony, whatever.

Impressive, Hakuba-san.
Re: [Anonymous]
There's something strange with the localizers, that's why I hacked the satellites.

I think that the base is underground.
