Well a Net Navi is... well, it's an AI. A pretty advanced AI, but one all the same. As a Navi myself, my duties include everything from virus busting to sending e-mails to official things for the police, as of late (since both myself and my operator have recently been licensed).

Well um, yeah. All Navis have bodies like I do, although not all of them are as customized as I am.
